Our free car park has enough room for over 100 cars with additional space for coaches and minibuses. An area close to the entrance is reserved for bluebadge holders.

The store is well suited for visitors with physical disabilities: all of the showroom areas and facilities at the store are on the ground floor, except for the first floor Furniture showroom which is accessible by Customer Lift. There is space within the showroom to take a wheelchair into the room-sets. If you find that you don't have enough space, members of staff will be happy to move furniture to allow you better access.

We have a toilet that is fully equipped and designed for people who use a wheelchair. These facilities are on the ground floor and have wide doors and no steps. We also have a fully equipped baby-changing cubicle.

We keep a non-motorised wheelchair on site for visitors to use, but is subject to availability.
